ENGLISH-SPEAKING FINTECH JOBS IN BERLIN
Fintech is Berlin's biggest hiring category by some distance: two neobanks, Europe's largest retail broker, a card reader in every Christmas market, and a long tail of B2B companies doing payments, lending, compliance and treasury. Nearly all of them work in English, because their engineers, product people and risk teams come from everywhere. What the job boards do not tell you is that regulated companies hire differently: interview loops are longer, background checks are real, and roles in risk, compliance and finance operations are as open to English speakers as engineering is. Everything below is a fintech role at a Berlin company that works in English, checked this morning.
