Founders Associate, GTM

You'll work directly with the founders to build Nomerra's go-to-market engine from the ground up. From day one, you'll be part of founder-led sales, product discovery, client expansion, and the strategic decisions behind our GTM motion.

What you'll do

• Work as a trusted extension of the founders across GTM, product, and company-building.
• Build AI-native systems for account research, market intelligence, relationship mapping, and wherever else they give us an edge.
• Dive deep into discovery with domain experts around the globe and turn what you learn into tailored demos and forward-deployed POCs together with our product and engineering team.
• Translate prospect and client conversations into product insights and sharper positioning.
• Move pilots and client deployments forward by identifying additional workflows, quantifying value, and turning early use cases into broader Nomerra adoption.

• Deeply curious and take full ownership of everything you do.
• A true generalist who thrives across functions rather than fitting neatly into one box.
• Excited to join senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and managers, ask sharp questions, and understand how work actually gets done inside complex organizations.
• Passionate about private markets, financial services, or other complex industries where critical work is still far too manual.
• Genuinely excited about AI, use it every day, and want to push it far beyond simple productivity gains.
• Naturally bring structure to messy input around account maps, discovery notes, POC ideas, or client value cases.
