These Terms of Service govern the submission of job listings to Job Drop Berlin, operated by Malkite 5 LTD, Immanuelkirchstrasse 2B, 10405 Berlin, Germany. By submitting a listing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Submit

Job listings may be submitted by employers, recruiters, or anyone authorised to post on behalf of a hiring company. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

2. What We Accept

We list open roles at companies hiring in or for Berlin. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any submission at our discretion

• Edit, reformat, or shorten listing content for consistency with our style

• Remove listings that are no longer active, inaccurate, or in breach of these terms

• Categorise and tag listings as we see fit

3. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is:

• Accurate and up to date at the time of submission

• Not misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law

• Not for roles that are already filled or no longer open

You agree to notify us at hi@jobdropberlin.com if a listed role is filled or withdrawn.

4. Data We Collect

When you submit a listing, we collect the information you provide (company name, job title, URL, category, and optional contact email). This data is used solely to publish and manage your listing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant Job Drop Berlin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format, and distribute the listing on this website and associated channels (newsletter, social media).

6. No Guarantee of Publication

Submission does not guarantee that a listing will be published. We review all submissions and may decline to publish without providing a reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

Job Drop Berlin is a listing service only. We are not a party to any employment relationship and accept no liability for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of employers or applicants, or the outcome of any application process.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
