Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

You own client deployments from discovery and technical scoping to production rollout. You work directly with clients (often on-site), understand their workflows, and turn real operational problems into deployed Nomerra agents.

What you'll do

• Own technical delivery from discovery and scoping to production rollout
• Work directly with client teams to understand workflows, constraints, and adoption blockers
• Translate client processes into agentic workflows, leveraging the Nomerra platform
• Build client-specific prototypes quickly, make scope trade-offs, and ship production-ready solutions
• Feed deployment learnings back into the product roadmap
• Codify repeated patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks

What you'll need

• Have scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Communicate clearly with engineers, operators, and business stakeholders
• Think in systems and workflows and dig deep to address root causes
• Are comfortable owning outcomes, not just tickets
• Enjoy frequent travelling to work on-site with clients
• Learn fast and can ship across our TypeScript monorepo: NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, Inngest, Mastra, React, TanStack, and Tailwind
