Founding Engineer

Build the core components of the Nomerra product while helping shape a transformational company. You talk directly to clients, actively design the product roadmap, and work as a core pillar alongside the founding team.

What you'll do

• Talk directly to users and immerse yourself in the domain
• Translate user problems into full-stack features, combining intuitive interfaces with intelligent backend logic
• Build our agent harness, from context engineering to agentic workflows and observability, pushing the limits of what LLMs and agents can do in real-world use cases
• Own key parts of the product, contribute to and drive our roadmap
• Contribute to the AI-native product delivery process to ensure we ship high quality software at market-leading pace

What you'll need

• Always curious to learn and your default mode is to take full ownership of everything you do
• Thrive at the intersection of engineering and product and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Think in systems and flows, not just screens – you understand how frontend and backend connect
• Avoid introducing complexity where it's not needed – you like to ship, test, and refine fast
• Learn fast and can ship across our TypeScript monorepo: NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, Inngest, Mastra, React, TanStack, and Tailwind

• Passionate about private markets, financial services or experience in other highly manual industries
