Product Engineer

Design and build the interface where private-market teams work with Nomerra agents: reviewing outputs, resolving exceptions, collaborating in real time, and turning complex operational workflows into software that feels simple.

What you'll do

• Own Nomerra's design system and UX patterns to ensure the product feels joyful
• Design and implement product experiences that intuitively connect users to agents and data
• Build human-in-the-loop (HITL) flows for reviewing, correcting, and approving agent outputs
• Work directly with users to understand pain points and refine product details

What you'll need

• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind with deep care for design details
• Ability to think in systems and flows, understanding how frontend and backend connect
• Experience at the intersection of engineering and product design, shaping UX through code
• Value for craft, curiosity, and speed – shipping, testing, and refining fast
