Support everything TYTAN communicates outward — across social media, press, and marketing. You will sit at the point where our technology becomes a public message, and help shape how TYTAN is seen by media, the public, and decision-makers in politics and defence.
What you'll do
- Run the day-to-day of TYTAN's LinkedIn channel. Draft and schedule posts, maintain the editorial calendar, manage the comment section, and keep our voice consistent across every publication.
- Turn material from flight tests, the production floor, and events into publishable content — short-form video, photography, and graphics — in line with our corporate identity.
- Track coverage of TYTAN, of our competitors, and of the wider Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) and defence-policy debate. Prepare clippings and resonance analyses.
- Support press work end to end: maintain journalist contact lists, help prepare briefings and one-pagers, and assist in coordinating interviews and incoming inquiries.
- Support our presence at trade fairs, conferences, and stakeholder formats in Munich, Berlin, and Brussels — from content preparation to live coverage.
- Help produce and maintain outward-facing collateral, including website copy, newsletters, the media kit, and campaign materials.
- Report on channel performance, identify what works, and bring proposals for what we should do differently.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
- Demonstrable hands-on social media skill — you have run channels yourself and can show us the work
- Excellent writing: you produce clean, publishable copy that needs editing, not rewriting
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Editorial judgement and discretion: you understand that a single careless post becomes a problem for the entire company
- Genuine interest in security and defence policy and in the political debate around European sovereignty
- Confident with content and design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, LinkedIn analytics, scheduling and video editing tools)
- Availability of approximately 20 hours per week during the semester, on-site in Munich, for a minimum of six months
What they offer
- Monthly allowances of €68/month in flexible benefits including lunch discounts and wellness credits
- Regular health care events including health check-ups, skin screenings, and mental health workshops
- Referral bonus when someone you refer joins the team
- Regular team events on- and off-site
- Corporate discounts across a wide range of partner brands
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work model, plus a modern Munich office
