This is a research and expertise role that ends in writing, not a writing role that starts with a prompt. You go deep, get technical, learn faster than seems reasonable, then produce content that reads like a human wrote it. The value moves to the person who can build two kinds of knowledge fast: the topic (what HACCP verification involves, why audits fail, what fleet managers deal with), and the product (how Lumiform actually solves specific problems).
What you'll do
- Own assigned topic areas and content clusters, becoming the person in the company who knows the most about your topics within weeks.
- Build knowledge from primary sources, customer demos and conversations with sales and success teams.
- Come up with ideas for benchmark reports and original research, define the angle and decide what is worth measuring.
- Write app use pages showing how Lumiform works for specific industry use cases, competitor comparison pages, and customer stories based on real interviews.
- Publish and manage content in WordPress, apply SEO and AEO fundamentals, and improve existing content on quality, relevance and performance.
- Use data from demos and customer calls to turn them into FAQs and on-page answers that handle objections before a prospect asks a rep.
What you'll need
- 4+ years in content marketing with meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS.
- Native-level English writing at publication quality.
- Proven independent research experience. You have found data, worked with primary sources and built something original out of it.
- You develop expertise fast. Hand you an unfamiliar regulated topic on Monday and you can hold a credible conversation with a practitioner by Friday.
- Technical curiosity. You want to understand how a product actually works and which problems it solves.
- You write clearly, creatively and in an approachable, human way. No filler, no throat-clearing, no AI slop.
- You bring your own ideas and propose topics and reports rather than waiting for a brief.
- Reliable, diligent and proactive. You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines and pay close attention to accuracy, quality and consistency.
Nice to have
- Experience building benchmark reports, surveys or other original research content.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO understanding including keyword research and AEO (answer engine optimization).
- Experience writing about regulated or technical subjects such as food safety, quality, EHS or logistics.
What they offer
- Own a growth bet from scratch — benchmark reports will carry your name and go out to industry bodies, journalists and analysts.
- Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and real decision-making autonomy.
- Work fully remote and choose where you get things done.
- Go deep on subjects most marketers never touch and leave knowing more about inspections, audits and frontline operations than almost anyone in the market.
