The CRM team enables SumUp to communicate with merchants at scale throughout their lifecycle, responsible for planning, building, and delivering multichannel campaigns and automations across email, push notifications, in-app notifications, and in-app banners. You will support the Run My Business business line, which manages a diverse portfolio of products including POS, Kiosk, Loyalty, Bookings, Subscriptions, and more.
What you'll do
- Plan, develop, and launch multi-channel CRM automations and one-off campaigns across Email, Push, In-App notifications, and In-App banners for the Run My Business business line
- Own the full campaign lifecycle for assigned product lines from audience creation and brief intake through to deployment, analysis, and iteration
- Build and maintain merchant audience segments using data tools (Fivetran) and campaign platforms (Iterable) to ensure the right merchants receive the right messages
- Conduct a CRM audit of existing RMB automations, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to existing flows and new automation opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business lines, product, and comms platform teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies
- Manage a multi-project workload across multiple product lines, markets, and languages, prioritizing effectively and delivering with speed and quality
- Contribute to campaign reporting and analysis, tracking performance and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
What you'll need
- Proven experience planning, developing, and delivering CRM strategies, both automated and ad-hoc, across Email, Push, and In-App channels
- Confident working with data and analytics, including SQL and Tableau, to build audiences, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, advising them on how to best use CRM to achieve business objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate competing priorities across different products and business areas
- Strong problem solver who can assess challenges, identify practical solutions, and make informed decisions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with a collaborative, team-first mindset
