STARK is hiring a Midweight/Senior Video Editor to join the in-house film team as a key creative partner. You will lead post-production across every story—cinematic mini-docs, product reveals, recaps of live field tests, and technical spec breakdowns.

What you'll do

• Own the edit from ingest to final delivery for high-end campaigns, technical deep-dives, and social assets.
• Build and maintain clean media management practices—ensuring raw footage from field tests, shoots, and demos is properly logged, organized, and backed up.
• Craft compelling stories that communicate the nuances of complex hardware and autonomous systems.
• Lead the edit on documentary-style projects that highlight field testing, tech development, and real-world operations.
• Handle professional color grading and immersive sound design to give every project a refined finish.
