Visiting Founders Associate (Sales)

Work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, going where the company needs you most. Help build the sales playbook, find revenue opportunities, create content for product launches, design internal processes, and help grow the team.

What you'll do

• Help build our sales playbook and find revenue opportunities we haven't tapped yet
• Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives
• Design internal processes and keep daily operations running without friction
• Help us grow the team, from coordinating recruiting to attracting top-tier talent
• Jump into messy, undefined problems, learn fast, and make things happen

What you'll need

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available immediately full-time for 3-6 months
• Some prior exposure to a fast-moving environment: a startup, VC fund, investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or a student initiative you actually built something in
• An obsession with startups and a tendency to thrive in unstructured settings
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal - you're comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
• A solid grasp of technology and the excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools
• The hunger to grow fast and take real ownership from day one

Nice to have

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Comfort with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with numbers
• Creativity and an eye for design, so you can make content and decks look world-class
