About the role
Lead and develop the EMEA sales team as we scale across the region. You'll coach a team of SDRs and Account Executives to consistent overperformance, own the full funnel from outbound pipeline generation to closed revenue, and turn our sales playbook into disciplined, repeatable execution.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs and Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed quota
- Own your team's pipeline generation and revenue targets, forecast with precision, and drive pipeline visibility and hygiene
- Roll up your sleeves on key deals, joining discovery calls, demos, and negotiations alongside your reps
- Run a tight operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, 1:1s, call coaching, and performance management
- Execute and continuously refine our SDR/AE motion, including selling effectively alongside a PLG motion
- Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows, and feed customer insights back to the Head of Sales, Product, and Marketing
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams (SDRs, AEs, or both) as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment
- Track record as a top-performing AE before stepping into leadership
- High bar for qualification, with clear ICP understanding and disciplined discovery skills
- Strong coach and operator with a data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, MarTech or developer tools
- Track record of working effectively within both PLG & SLG
- Familiarity with broad modern sales stack (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
- Experience selling across EMEA markets; additional European languages (e.g. German, French) are a plus
