Join the Partnerships team as a Partnerships Manager. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with partners and in expanding the channels through which we excite our potential customers for Moss.
What you'll do
- Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with Moss' strategic goals and target markets. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential value of prospective partners.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners. Establish rapport, engage in effective communication, and maintain regular contact to foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with partners to create and finalize agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial. Collaborate closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships. This may include joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and referral programs. Continuously monitor and optimize partnership performance to maximize financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to align partnership activities with Moss' overall business goals.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in B2B partnership roles or business development in a fast-growing SaaS or financial services company
- Fluent in German (C2) & English (C1)
- Trusted partner: you quickly establish strong credibility with partners, identifying synergies to build lasting relationships.
