Growth Associate

You'll join the Growth & Operations team working directly on GTM strategy. You'll own demand generation, outbound, inbound qualification, and new market entry, with exposure to AI infrastructure and a clear path to GTM leadership.

What you'll do

• Own demand generation, outbound, inbound qualification, and new market entry
• Rebuild GTM playbooks across segments, geographies, and products
• Travel and engage directly with customers in new markets
• Work on scaling product-market fit across new segments and geographies

What you'll need

• 1–3 years consulting, banking or startup experience
• Broad understanding of the GTM tooling landscape and best practices (CRM, outbound tools, automation)
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Technical curiosity and willingness to understand the product you're selling

Nice to have

• Strong technical literacy, CS degree or hands-on engineering experience to engage credibly with product and infrastructure teams
