Social Media & Community Manager - Working Student

We're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to be the voice that connects our global community of professional photographers. You'll master the balance between reliable social media execution and genuine community engagement using the latest AI tools in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What you'll do

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook and Instagram, adapting material for format, crop, and captioning.
• Answer routine threads in our Facebook community, welcome new members, and ensure no question sits unanswered.
• Identify questions that need deep product knowledge and route them to the right internal experts.
• Use internal AI tools to draft replies and find help center resources faster while maintaining consistent tone.
• Pitch in on smaller marketing tasks and German-language content support, working closely with the Community & Education Manager.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled at a university with at least one year of study remaining, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in German with strong professional English skills.
• Proven track record of being reliable and self-organized.
• Instagram and Facebook are second nature to you; you understand how to adapt content for different audiences.
• Write clearly, quickly, and can adapt your tone to match the GotPhoto brand.
• Eager to work with AI tools to augment your productivity.

Nice to have

• Previous working student position in a marketing or social media environment.
