Own and scale GetYourGuide's EMEA supply strategy as an exceptional commercial leader. Reporting to the VP Supply and Sales, you'll take full ownership of commercial performance across EMEA, including P&L responsibility, leading leaders across sales and account management in seven offices. This is as much a people leadership role as a commercial one.
What you'll do
- Own supply performance across EMEA, with full P&L responsibility for the Sales organisation in the region
- Expand GetYourGuide's supply coverage and drive new revenue through best-in-class sales execution
- Raise the commercial performance of existing supply partners and secure strategic supply advantages through strong account management
- Lead and develop a multi-layered team of sales, account management and supply community management leaders across EMEA offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Dubai, London, Paris and Rome
- Coach and grow people managers within your organisation, building a strong bench of future leaders
- Represent GetYourGuide at key industry conferences and in meetings with CEOs and senior leaders of major attractions and supply partners
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations and other teams to accelerate growth
What you'll need
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in an ambitious, quota-carrying sales environment
- 5+ years in senior commercial leadership roles (Head of, Director or VP), including demonstrated experience leading leaders across multiple markets or locations
- Experience across both new business acquisition and account management/retention
- Background in high-growth marketplace, e-commerce or SaaS businesses
- Strong people leader with a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining top commercial talent
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, and excited to travel regularly (up to 30%) to develop local teams and build relationships across the region
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a General Manager, or an earlier background in consulting
- Deep understanding of the EMEA travel or experiences market
- German language skills
