Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Berlin, Germany)

You will lead a team of Account Executives in the DACH region responsible for continuing the growth of Figma's Enterprise product. You'll collaborate with existing customers and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to the bottom line.

What you'll do

• Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
• Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals

What you'll need

• 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience
• Understanding of technical and competitive landscape and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Fluency in German
• Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
• Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams with outstanding coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills

Nice to have

• Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
• Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
