GTM Lead

You own go-to-market end to end. Build the pipeline, land our first reference clients across Mittelstand and Enterprise, and turn early trust into a referral engine that compounds. You'll sell a genuinely new thing: regulated legal work delivered by an AI-native firm.

What you'll do

• Own the full commercial motion across pipeline, first reference clients, and the referral engine behind them.
• Land regulated-industry clients across Mittelstand and Enterprise, in German.
• Build the GTM playbook from scratch, then systematize it with our AI tooling.
• Work directly with the founders on positioning, pricing, and which markets to win first.

What you'll need

• Native or fluent German, and you've sold services into Mittelstand and Enterprise.
• A track record selling into a regulated industry, where trust and reputation close deals.
• Relationship- and referral-driven; comfortable in an early-stage, build-it-yourself setup.
• Ready to be the face early and build the commercial engine yourself.
