You will own the partnership strategy for Alea end to end. You will identify, win, and grow commercial sales partnerships across DACH and international markets, and forge technology partnerships that extend and strengthen the Alea platform.
What you'll do
- Build the partner network from scratch — identify, approach, and onboard distributors, resellers, medical-device dealers, technology providers and care-provider groups to sell and deploy Alea in the German speaking countries.
- Structure, negotiate, and close partnership and reseller agreements end to end — commercial terms, margins, and service levels — working with legal and finance.
- Equip partners with training, sales materials, and demos so they sell independently; own the key relationships and drive joint business plans and revenue targets.
- Prioritize target markets, choose the entry model (distributor, reseller, or direct), and win the distribution partners to get there.
- Build partnerships with complementary providers — EHR and care-documentation systems, nurse-call systems, sensor manufacturers, IoT platforms — and define the business case for integrations with product and engineering.
- Monitor the elderly-care, medtech, and health-tech landscape, translate trends into a partnership roadmap with clear targets, and generate, qualify, and convert the pipeline.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, ideally in health-tech, medtech, SaaS, IoT, or the care/healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of building partner networks and closing complex B2B partnership or distribution deals from scratch.
- Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with deal structuring, pricing, margins, and contract negotiation.
- Experience selling into or partnering within the DACH market; international business development experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel roughly 20–30% of your time within DACH and internationally for partner and industry meetings.
Nice to have
- Understanding of, or genuine interest in, technology partnerships and integrations (APIs, platforms, ecosystems).
- Further languages beyond German and English.
What they offer
- Permanent position with real ownership and direct impact on the growth of a purpose-driven health-tech company.
- Competitive compensation plus a performance-based component tied to partner revenue.
- Hybrid working with a flexible home-office arrangement.
- A monthly benefits allowance via Probonio for Urban Sports, shopping vouchers or mobility.
- Modern office in a central location — dogs welcome.
