Account Executive - DACH (Earn Up to €100K OTE)

Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned DACH market. You will proactively qualify new leads, build strong client relationships, and guide them through the sales process while working closely with our technology and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.
• Engaging in conversations with potential and existing clients, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
• Monitor your performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio.
• Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Master's degree.
• A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management.
