Paid Social Manager

Take ownership of app user acquisition channels across AppLovin, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a high-stakes, hands-on role managing $500k+ in daily spend, requiring daily attention, sharp instincts, and the ability to diagnose and fix performance problems in real time.

What you'll do

• Own app install campaigns across AppLovin, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and DSPs, managing significant daily budgets and optimizing toward revenue and predictive LTV targets.
• Monitor live campaigns daily, make proactive budget and bid adjustments, and troubleshoot performance drops without waiting to be asked.
• Analyze top-performing creatives and competitive trends, identify what's working on TikTok and Facebook, and plan a balanced production mix of iterations and new concepts.
• Coordinate with internal creative team — briefing, reviewing, and prioritizing production to keep testing pipelines moving.
• Work across multiple campaign types, manage cross-channel attribution windows and settings, and use Adjust MMP to ensure clean app tracking and accurate performance reads.
• Set and optimize against primary KPIs rooted in revenue and predictive lifetime value.

What you'll need

• Proven experience scaling app install campaigns across at least two of: AppLovin, Unity, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs with meaningful budget responsibility.
• Experience managing large daily budgets in a live environment and operating with both precision and speed when campaigns are actively running.
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify working creative, brief agencies effectively, and plan a testing roadmap balancing iteration with new concepts.
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution, MMP setup (Adjust preferred), and how different campaign types and attribution windows interact.
• Experience optimizing toward revenue-based KPIs and predictive LTV, ideally in gaming or subscription apps.
• Proactive problem-solving approach — you diagnose, act, and iterate without waiting for weekly reviews.
