As a Working Student on the Go-to-Market team, you support efforts in optimising the performance, positioning, and monetisation of Heartbeat AI across multiple markets. You'll work on projects that span multiple countries, giving you a broad view of how GTM strategy adapts from market to market, with research and analysis that directly feeds decisions to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
What you'll do
- Support Heartbeat AI GTM efforts across multiple markets by pulling, structuring, and sanity-checking performance data across pricing, packaging, and positioning initiatives.
- Help prepare pricing and packaging analyses across markets, flagging patterns, gaps, or differences.
- Research new positioning angles, competitor moves, and market trends, turning them into short, usable summaries that can be compared across countries.
- Build a foundational understanding of Heartbeat AI's unit economics by supporting the data work behind monetisation decisions in different markets.
- Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders across regions.
- Help maintain performance dashboards and trackers spanning multiple markets, keeping data current so the team can spot underperformance quickly.
- Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks and small projects end to end, checking in proactively when priorities are unclear.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally in Business, Energy Economics or a related field, and can work around 15 to 20 hours per week alongside your studies.
- Curious about GTM, pricing, or product strategy and want to learn how monetisation decisions get made differently across markets in a scaling tech company.
- Structured and reliable: you follow through on tasks without being chased and flag early when something's blocked.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, and keen to build a genuine feel for numbers and unit economics.
- Communicate clearly and aren't afraid to ask questions or push back when something doesn't add up.
- Fast learner who's comfortable picking up new tools and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Additional European languages (German, Italian, Spanish, or others relevant to our markets).
- Prior exposure to the energy market or a tech/startup environment.
What they offer
- Part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team working on the energy transition.
- Direct contact with core decision-makers.
- Remote work (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich.
- EGYM Wellpass benefits and Futurebens discounts.
- Direct pathway to full-time entry at a thriving European scaleup.
