As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze large-scale data across user acquisition touchpoints in order to generate insightful metrics, custom dashboards, and deep-dive analyses to measure marketing performance.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards in Tableau to give the Marketing team up-to-date visibility into performance and KPIs.
- Dive deep into large-scale marketing data to identify key insights that will inform user acquisition strategies and business growth.
- Help define how best to measure and monitor our marketing channels, creatives, budget allocation, and overall campaign performance.
- Help to develop an analysis strategy and perform analysis of complex campaigns and A/B tests, both systematically and on a one-off basis.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to help Marketing Managers optimize their campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook Audience Network, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Partner with Data Engineering on data gathering and signal sharing, integrating 3rd-party data providers (e.g., AppsFlyer, Kochava), democratizing data with reporting tools, AI Agents, and innovating workflows.
- Communicate actionable results and data-driven findings across the organization clearly and concisely.
What you'll need
- Recent experience in a data analyst role, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or the app industry.
- Experience with (app) Attribution Services (eg: AppsFlyer or Kochava).
- Literacy on Agentic Workflows, and other productivity and modern self-service data innovations.
- Can use SQL effectively within an enterprise data environment and have a good understanding of commonly applied statistical techniques.
- Strong experience using Tableau (or similar) to build interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising market, including communication patterns as they relate to consumer marketing, user acquisition patterns, and mobile app growth.
