Bank Intelligence Manager

As a member of the Bank Analytics team, you will be a fundamental driver of Raisin's growth by providing timely insights into current market and platform developments and behavior and guiding the funding strategies of our bank partners.

What you'll do

• Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behavior on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities.
• Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies.
• Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of banks' requirements and help align them with Raisin's platform, working closely with other Raisin teams to help unlock growth.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including relevant internships) ideally in consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or Python
