Full-Time
As Sales Operations Manager, you build the GTM engine that carries voize past €100M ARR, working in close partnership with sales leaders. This role is roughly 60% building new process and 40% running what exists—big enough that the problems are real, early enough that you shape how they get solved.
What you'll do
- Own the global account, territory and book-of-business model. Carve books for new AEs, keep segmentation honest as we add hospitals and new geos, and build the capacity and quota model that underpins our fiscal plan.
- Run the forecast process end to end with VP Sales and team leads: weekly hygiene, submit and roll-up, quarterly commit. Diagnose why deals slip, and stand the process up in the US, France and UK as those teams ramp.
- Define the sales metrics we run on, then turn pipeline and funnel data into the analysis that steers board meetings, monthly GTM reviews and weekly deal inspection.
- Design how non-standard deals are managed at voize. You set the rules and stand the function up; you will not be the approval queue.
- In close collaboration with sales enablement, make sure what gets built actually gets adopted, partnering with leaders, AEs and SDRs to prioritize the work with the most impact.
- Own the sales side of CRM and the tools around it. Automate the manual layer with Claude, n8n and whatever else earns its place, and take a real position on which tooling we buy next as we scale.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy, at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or in strategy/tech consulting, VC or M&A before an operating role.
- Exceptional stakeholder skills. You partner with VPs and team leads as an equal, push back with evidence, and get change adopted by people who do not report to you.
- Sharp analytical instincts and deep CRM fluency. Expert in spreadsheets, comfortable reading data in a BI tool, and you have owned a HubSpot or Salesforce instance rather than just worked in one.
- You have supported forecasting and can talk methodology, where it broke, and what you changed. Same for a territory or quota plan you built and aligned with sales leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on. You are comfortable with no playbook, you prioritize ruthlessly, and you ship rather than produce recommendations.
- AI-native as a builder, not just a user. You already use Claude, n8n or similar to remove manual work from your own day, and you can point to something concrete you shipped that way.
