Working Student - IT Asset & Stock Management

Doctolib is looking for a Working Student in IT Asset & Stock Management to support the IT team in Berlin. You will manage IT stock and asset base, including laptops, smartphones and accessories, and contribute to day-to-day on-site support in an international environment across Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Manage the site's IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories
• Keep the inventory up to date in the asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses
• Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling
• Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset management tool
• Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment thresholds and contribute to supplier orders
• Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing, handing over and recovering equipment for joiners and leavers
• Run the Berlin IT Corner as a physical point of contact for Doctolibers
• Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including basic diagnosis and application access, and escalate to level 2 when needed

What you'll need

• Enrolled full-time at a university, ideally studying IT Systems Management, IT Management, Applied IT or a related field
• Rigorous, organised and service-oriented, with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and able to prioritise tasks while working autonomously and as part of a team
• Fluent in German and English
• Able to work on site in Berlin and handle equipment weighing up to 25 kg

• First exposure to an IT service management or mobile device management tool
