Founders Associate - CEO Office - AI health-tech

voize is building a CEO Office to own work that matters but belongs to no one—new market operational groundwork, org-wide processes, and strategic analysis that shapes company direction. You'd be its first hire, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

What you'll do

• Own operational groundwork for new markets end-to-end—research, vendor and partner setup, local operations—until things simply run
• Build company-wide processes from scratch, for example how cross-functional projects get scoped, prioritized, and tracked, and roll them out across the org
• Produce sharp analysis on questions that the management team will use to decide the company's direction
• Drive work to done across different altitudes and levels of visibility

What you'll need

• Take ownership before anyone assigns it
• Produce clarity on topics you know nothing about within days
• Hold a high bar for your own work without anyone checking
• Ask sharp questions early instead of defending wrong assumptions late
• Work autonomously and ask for help early when stuck
• Background in consulting, VC, startups, or building something yourself
