Trainee lawyer / research assistant (Referendar)

Research assistant / trainee lawyer (Referendar) for the Legal department supporting the team in a fast-paced Defense-focused environment. The position requires availability for at least three to six months.

What you'll do

• Conduct research on public procurement and export control law, corporate law.
• Preparation for contract negotiations, contract drafting, drafting compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with and support the legal department in various Defense focused legal topics.
• Support with Legal project organization, track and coordination.

What you'll need

• First State Examination in Law.
• Eager to learn and contribute.
• Very good English and German C1 skills.
• Interest in startups, security and defense industry.
• Strong communicator, fast paced and ownership mentality.
