Strategy & Operations Associate

As Strategy & Operations Associate, you will sit at the center of the company's growth story. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who wants to learn company-building from the inside, move fast, and see their impact on the business within days.

What you'll do

• Come in wherever needed to help move fast — one week helping with all hands messaging and hiring, the next working on pricing strategy, creating competition battle cards or establishing new partnerships
• Understand how the organization works, prioritizes, and measures success — and proactively improve operations by partnering with teams across Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A
• Help shape and evolve the long-term operating model, acting as a force multiplier across the leadership team — owning key operating cadences and cross-functional alignments
