Business Ops Associate

As Business Ops Associate, you will sit at the center of the company's growth story. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who wants to learn company-building from the inside, move fast, and see their impact on the business within days.

What you'll do

• You come in wherever needed to help us move fast - one week this could mean helping with all hands messaging, FDE hiring and introducing new AI-enabled processes, the other week this could mean working on pricing strategy, creating competition battle cards or establishing new partnerships
• Know the org inside out: understand how we work, prioritize, and measure success - and proactively improve our ops by partnering with teams across the whole company - e.g., Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A
• Help shape and evolve our long-term operating model, acting as a force multiplier across the leadership team - owning key operating cadences & cross-functional alignments

• You're a clear, concise communicator with high ownership — people trust you to run with things and deliver
• 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a fast-scaling startup
