What you'll do

• Own and drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process for diverse business departments
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and keep the hiring pipeline robust
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and secure the best market talent
• Actively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, building a sustainable and engaged talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Conduct structured interviews and lead candidate debriefs to rigorously evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit
• Represent the company at recruitment events and actively drive initiatives to strengthen employer brand internally and externally
• Leverage recruitment data and market analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize talent acquisition funnels, and drive data-informed hiring decisions

What you'll need

• Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition
• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Outstanding organizational skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proactively solve complex challenges
• Business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
