Organic Content Producer

You own the end-to-end production of content, from planning and on-set execution to post-production editing, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end production of content, from planning and on-set execution - including camera operation, audio setup, and lighting - to post-production editing
• Ensure all assets align with design guidelines and CI, collaborating with the Design team to translate brand identity into compelling visuals
• Create supplementary visual assets in Figma and animate them in After Effects
• Take full responsibility for production tasks, driving them from initial asset delivery to final polish

What you'll need

• Experience in video and content creation, with strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
• An eye for design and strong ability to adhere to established design guidelines
• Comfortable editing video content, including podcasts and social-first formats, with emphasis on visual quality and craft
• Practical experience with camera operation, audio equipment setup, and professional lighting techniques
• Hands-on mentality, ambitious, and eager to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent German skills (native preferred) and very good English skills in spoken and written form

Nice to have

• Existing knowledge in podcast production or social-first formats
• Experience with AI tools or strong affinity for exploring new technologies
