Working Student B2C Channels EU – Dutch Market

The B2C Channels EU team drives customer growth across European markets by creating engaging customer experiences, optimising sales funnels, and building long-term loyalty to the brand. In this role, you will support the Dutch market operations and growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Support in (development of) new product categories and features.
• Support in the conception and execution of (performance) marketing activities tailored to the needs of current and future customers.
• Support in ongoing customer service operations and client onboarding for a smooth and fast client onboarding, and constantly optimizing the client journey.
• Support in assessing and improving the user experience for customers and increasing conversion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to improve operations and internal processes.
• Track and analyze the execution of our growth strategy, general market developments, and competition in the Dutch market.
• Gathering and synthesising key insights such as competitive analysis, as well as preparing reporting.
• Support the daily operations of the Dutch Raisin business.

What you'll need

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
• You ideally have some first work experience (e.g. internship, student job), preferably in services, financial services, or tech.
• You are proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and like to think outside the box.
• You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical applications.
