Visiting Founders Associate (Engineering)

You'll be the operational backbone of the engineering team, running the processes, projects, and internal work that keep everything moving, so our engineers can stay focused on building. The main piece of the role is compliance work, which you'll coordinate and execute end to end. Around that sits everything else a fast-growing engineering team needs: internal IT, new tooling, team rituals, onboarding, and being the person the rest of the company comes to when they need something technical explained or unblocked.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute compliance work end to end, mapping what's needed, gathering it, keeping the timeline moving, and closing things out
• Support the wider team on compliance questions across engineering, GDPR, and data residency
• Help non-technical colleagues with technical things: production access, understanding infrastructure, getting started with vibe-coding
• Improve developer experience by finding what slows engineers down and fixing it
• Run team operations: onboardings, engineering retros, team events, and invoice management

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Some experience in a fast-paced environment such as internship, working student role, or startup
• Exposure to project management, with several things moving at once and you keeping track of all of them
• A business, legal, or economics background paired with genuine technical comfort and ability to find your way around a code base, docs, and developer tooling
• Available for minimum of 3 months and immediately available
