Founders Associate Intern - Special Projects

Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product at an AI startup revolutionizing industrial supply chain processes.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute end-to-end
• Build internal systems for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
• Run market, customer, and competitor research and turn insights into decisions
• Prepare founder-grade decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups

What you'll need

• High ownership – you take a problem, propose a plan, deliver outcomes
• Strong written communication with clear, concise memos
• Hands-on builder mindset – you improve processes and iterate fast
• Curious about startups, AI, and building an AI-first company
