Senior Project Manager

As part of the Project Management team, working closely with Design, ICT, Real Estate and Legal, you'll play a vital role in shaping project delivery processes and ensuring exceptional execution. You'll oversee design, planning, and delivery for refurbishment and development projects across multiple EU countries.

What you'll do

• Evaluate potential new properties and conduct technical due diligence, analysing plans in architecture, fire safety, MEP, and ICT.
• Assess feasibility of implementing Numa standards and forecast budgets and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously across several EU countries, adapting Numa's brand standards to local regulations.
• Act as main external contact for developers, planning teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee construction and refurbishment works, managing contractor progress and flagging major issues or delays.
• Lead internal coordination with Design, ICT, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Distribution, Revenue, and Legal teams.
• Establish and manage budgets, track scope and payments, and ensure lease contract compliance.
• Develop launch strategies, coordinate department involvement, and manage final handover to operations teams.

What you'll need

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction, ideally at a similar company or developer.
• Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Google Suite, Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Knowledge of planning/construction norms, regulations, and contract law.
• Fluency in English and German (required); other European languages are a plus.
