Operations

You will build the structure our operations need and take responsibility for the processes our customers depend on. Alongside energy operations, you will own projects that improve how Nomos works.

What you'll do

• Run energy operations end to end, including market communication, customer data, and billing.
• Own the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing support and use customer feedback to improve our service.
• Build internal processes as Nomos grows, including improving hiring workflows and taking on company projects that need an owner.
• Understand how information moves between Nomos, our customers, and other market participants. Establish a reliable record of what has happened, what remains open, and who owns the next step.
• Get into the process yourself and understand its dependencies and exceptions. Work with engineering to automate it and make sure the cases that still need human attention reach the right person.

What you'll need

• You've taken a messy process and made it reliable. You get into the details yourself and can explain what you changed and why it worked.
• You know who owes an answer, what is blocking progress, and what needs to happen next. You follow through until the issue is resolved.
• German and English, both fluent. You can work through detailed customer cases and market communication in German.
