Founders Associate Intern (Stealth Start-up)

You'll sit directly next to the founders and will be fully involved in the work that actually moves the company forward: understanding who has the problem we solve, convincing them we're the right team to solve it, and learning fast enough to stay ahead of what the market is telling us.

What you'll do

• Own projects end-to-end from research and structuring to execution and follow-through
• Help identify and prioritize target customer segments across logistics and manufacturing
• Run outbound experiments: test messaging hypotheses, iterate on sequences, track what converts
• Talk to operators, ops leads, and decision-makers and synthesize what you learn into crisp insights
• Research customer pain points and competitive alternatives to sharpen product positioning
• Identify process gaps and build lightweight systems to close them

What you'll need

• Think fast and move faster
• Can communicate with precision written and verbal, in German and English
• Motivated by what matters most to the company, not just what's interesting to you
• Genuinely excited about AI and know how to use it to get 10x more done
• Good product instinct and ability to translate operational pain points into product features
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, robotics, consulting, or industrial automation
