LiveEO's Workplace IT team makes sure the humans behind all that tech have everything they need to do their best work. As System Administrator, you'll support a small, high-trust team on real projects across device management, identity & access, SaaS operations, and IT security compliance in a mixed-OS environment that's predominantly Mac with a strong Linux presence and a handful of Windows users.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain our identity provider and mobile device management platform, including user lifecycle, group-based policies, conditional access, and MFA enforcement
- Support day-to-day operations across our productivity suite (email, calendar, shared drives, admin console policies)
- Manage team collaboration tools and integrations, including access provisioning and workspace administration
- Maintain our IT asset management system, keeping hardware inventory, assignments, and lifecycle status accurate
- Administer our IT service management platform, ticket workflows, request forms, SLAs and our internal knowledge base/documentation space
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support across macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints
- Contribute to security hardening efforts: patch management, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and access reviews
- Support ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance work, such as evidence collection, control documentation, audit prep, and policy maintenance
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience in a system administration, IT infrastructure, or workplace IT role
- Solid experience with a cloud-based identity provider and MDM solution (SSO, SCIM, device policies, zero-touch enrolment)
- Experience administering a major productivity/email suite (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) at an admin level
- Comfortable working across macOS, Linux, and Windows in a single environment
- Working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider
- Experience with networking fundamentals and hands-on management of business-grade network hardware (routers, switches, wireless controllers, VPN)
- Practical understanding of IT security concepts: endpoint protection, patching, access control, least privilege
- EU citizenship required for this role
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Exposure to compliance audits (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 certification cycles)
- Scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation of routine admin tasks
