Founder Associate

Work directly with the 2 co-founders in the cockpit of a start-up being built from scratch, helping to execute the vision. You will be thrown at problems all over the company: source the next hire, improve the customer pitch, iterate on the deck for the next VC round, model FX exposure, hop on the phone when a corporate forgets their password, plan team events.

What you'll do

• Source the next hire
• Improve customer pitch
• Iterate on the deck for the next VC round
• Model FX exposure
• Provide customer support when needed
• Plan team events
• Support engineering, sales, and other teams as needed

What you'll need

• Completed Bachelor/Master/MBA degree from a top university in a social science or STEM subject
• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship
• Pro-active and ambitious with good communication skills and passion to change the world
• Love solving problems and building things from scratch, with a growth-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (German useful but not required)
• Proven skills in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Previous work experience in high-growth venture-backed startup, project management, or consulting
