Senior Indirect Procurement Category Manager - Marketing

The Senior Category Manager Marketing will be responsible for overseeing strategic sourcing and contracting at HelloFresh for Marketing across different marketing categories, which may include: Offline Media, Online Media, Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships, Retail Media, etc. The role collaborates with Global and regional stakeholders and major suppliers to navigate the procurement landscape.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projects
• Develop category strategies for different marketing categories, in alignment with the business' goals
• Create, align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in the HQ and the regional markets to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value
• Develop and optimize the supplier portfolio across HelloFresh's markets
• Cultivate and manage close relationships with senior business partners within Marketing to support their objectives and the company growth agenda
• Lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Marketing procurement or in Marketing with a commercial focus
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to working independently
• Proven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently, without waiting to be directed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels
• Able to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent Business English
