As a Senior AI Specialist (AI Ops Owner), you will be the technical builder behind AI-powered productivity for Doctolib's Operations and Customer Success teams. You will own workflows end to end, from context and agent design to evaluation, continuously taking them to higher levels of automation while maintaining a high quality bar.
What you'll do
- Redesign workflows rather than simply automating them: analyze critical Operations and Customer Success workflows, break down time-consuming processes, and transform them through AI agents with clear objectives for autonomy and quality.
- Build and operate AI agents as products on platforms such as Dust or Claude, deployed to production with defined baselines and relevant metrics such as benefit, usage, and scalability.
- Curate context agents need from templates to core data, ensuring knowledge sources in Confluence, Drive, or Salesforce are up to date and well structured.
- Define quality standards and establish evaluation routines to identify and address weaknesses such as hallucinations or prompt drift, continuously optimizing prompts through user feedback and A/B testing.
- Own interfaces between CRM systems such as Salesforce and AI platforms, automating data flows and unlocking new data sources for agents.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bringing together stakeholders from Leadership, IT, and Product while strengthening the team's AI fluency.
- Make the success of AI measurable using existing metrics such as time, quality, and cost to guide scaling decisions.
What you'll need
- Learning speed and a production mindset: you have taught yourself a new technical field from scratch and built something real that people actually used, describing precisely what went wrong and how you solved it.
- An instinct for evaluation: you define a quality bar and measure against it, understanding that automation and quality go hand in hand.
- Ownership and communication: you take ownership end to end, prioritize rigorously, feel comfortable with ambiguity, and make technical topics understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical and data understanding: you can read and adapt scripts, understand APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as Make, n8n, and Zapier, and know how CRM data flows into AI systems.
- Strong command of English and ability to operate in an international environment. German at B1 level is sufficient.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with agent platforms such as Dust, Claude, or LangChain.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and confident navigation of Salesforce architectures or BI environments such as Tableau and Metabase.
- Solid experience working with scaled Customer Success or Operations teams.
