Tech Operations Analyst - Graduate

You will support the management of ongoing escalations and investigations, help ensure clear communication with our partners and management during issue resolution, and contribute to operational flows that keep all company products running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Monitor system operations daily to help maintain smooth processes across the platform.
• Assist in investigating reported issues, troubleshooting errors, and helping the team resolve incidents quickly.
• Develop a deep understanding of our stack in order to perform technical investigations to identify issue root causes and support long-term fixes.
• Run database queries to gather insights, validate technical issues, and spot areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior team members on operational projects and test new internal tools.
• Manage internal and external communication effectively, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and clear, transparent updates.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience or a relevant STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, Engineering).
• Familiarity with basic SQL queries, log analysis and database concepts; comfortable learning monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Curiosity to learn how complex systems work and a desire to solve technical problems.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment and juggling different tasks.
