Finance & Operations Intern

What you'll do

• Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
• Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
• Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, working closely with other teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.

What you'll need

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 25% of your class)
• Fluency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations
• Fluency in German
• Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge
