Full-Time
As Senior GTM Strategy Manager, you will be the analytical and operational backbone of the Growth Operations team, reporting to the Chief of Staff and working directly with Growth leadership on the commercial questions that most directly determine growth trajectory. You will use AI tools as a matter of course to compress the time between question, insight, and decision.
What you'll do
- Own research, modelling, and problem-structuring on high-priority strategic questions, building scenario analyses rigorous enough to inform decisions and clear enough to present to executive leadership, using AI tools to move faster and think more rigorously.
- Take cross-functional initiatives from framing through to delivery, including stakeholder coordination and dependency management; synthesise inputs into decision-ready recommendations.
- Design and maintain Growth's internal KPI and performance reporting, working with the Data and BI teams to ensure the right metrics are tracked, defined consistently, and surfaced at the right cadence.
- Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across Marketplace and VIP go-to-market motions, and turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership discussions.
- Own recurring analytical deliverables, including weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Growth leadership team.
- Act as a thought partner on high-priority strategic initiatives such as US market acceleration and new go-to-market motions.
What you'll need
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a GTM / strategy / business operations role at a top-tier, high-growth technology company.
- You've owned outcomes, not just workstreams: able to drive a cross-functional initiative to completion and build the model that justified it.
- Strong analytical skills: able to build a model, stress-test assumptions, and know when the numbers are telling you something real versus something convenient.
- Fluent with AI tools: you use LLMs, research agents, and analytical co-pilots as a natural part of how you work.
- Commercial instinct and good judgment about where to invest effort; able to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in ecommerce and marketplaces; fluent in English; German is a plus.
What they offer
- Flexible Benefit App with €80 monthly budget for sports, daycare, or mobility.
- Permanent contract with focus on long-term collaboration and growth.
- 30 days' vacation per year.
- Extra day off on December 24 and 31.
- Work from abroad up to 20 days per year.
