Fitness Manager Circuit

You are opening BEAT81's first studio in Stuttgart (CIRCUIT format) in late 2026. This hybrid role makes you the face of BEAT81 in the city, owning the local coach community and carrying overall responsibility for the studio experience. During launch, you work hand in hand with the Expansion team; once live, the studio is yours.

What you'll do

• Support the launch of the local freelance coach network by coordinating try-outs, launch events and the operational onboarding process for new collaborators during the studio opening phase.
• Act as the local point of contact for general operational questions from freelance coaches and facilitate communication between coaches and the central BEAT81 teams where needed.
• Gather insights from the studio by collecting feedback from freelance coaches and members and sharing relevant observations with the central Fitness and Product teams to support continuous improvement.
• Own the studio experience: carry overall responsibility for a seamless, safe, and inviting studio.
• Oversee equipment condition, inventory, and orders, coordinating with local Facility & Operations support for hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Build relationships within the Stuttgart fitness community and support local growth initiatives.

What you'll need

• Experience in structured group fitness coaching (HIIT / functional training) at a high standard.
• Experience in group fitness leadership or working alongside other fitness professionals; you know how to mentor and support coaches.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; you manage multiple priorities on the go and nothing slips through the cracks.
• A hands-on builder mindset: you are excited (not scared) by being the first permanent person on the ground in a new BEAT81 city.
• Excellent communication skills with coaches, customers, and central teams alike.
• Fluent German and at least B1/B2 English.
• Comfort with a non-traditional schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Certification in sports science, personal training, or a related field.
• Experience building or guiding high-performing coaching teams.
• Familiarity with fitness-tech, gamification, or boutique fitness concepts.
