Senior Manager - Warranty and Services Expert

Join the Financing & Value-Added Services Team as Senior Manager - Warranty and Services Expert to optimize the existing warranty and services sales offering, ensure best-in-class operational performance, and take part in developing new services for Autohero customers across 9 European markets.

What you'll do

• Review, challenge, and improve existing processes and products, leveraging technology and data to decrease costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Ensure best practices are known and shared between all local entities in Europe
• Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance and external partners for future project rollouts
• Turn the extended warranty and maintenance subscription program into powerhouses by setting financial targets, implementing cost-controlling procedures, designing training materials, optimizing product content and increasing revenue through targeted revenue management and renewal initiatives
• Work in close collaboration with Product, Finance, Tech and Marketing teams at Berlin headquarters with regular contact with local management from 9 European subsidiaries

What you'll need

• Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably with a recognized insurer or OEM captive, ideally in an international context
• Very good analytical skills and ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or comparable degree programme
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus
