Senior Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services Expert

Join the Financing & Value-Added Services Team as Senior Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services Expert. You'll push the warranty and services offering further: improve what is sold today, take it to best-in-class performance, and build the next generation of services customers will love. You'll work at the heart of the action with Product, Finance, Tech, Marketing and Claims teams at Berlin headquarters and in regular contact with local management in 9 European subsidiaries.

What you'll do

• Review, challenge and improve processes and products. Leverage data, AI and technology to reduce costs while keeping customer satisfaction high, and share best practices across all European entities.
• Act as the central link between Product/Tech, Legal, Finance, Claims and external partners, and help drive future project rollouts.
• Turn extended warranty and maintenance subscription programs into powerhouses. Refine planning infrastructure, put cost controls in place, create training materials, optimize product content, and grow revenue through targeted revenue management and renewal initiatives.
• Lead by example: turn ideas into plans, and plans into reality. Drive results from the ground up and work closely with claims teams to make a real impact.

What you'll need

• Up to 5 years of experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contract management, ideally at a recognized insurer or OEM captive, preferably in an international automotive context.
• Experience working independently with senior stakeholders at international scale, with ownership and drive for results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities well under tight deadlines.
• Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Full proficiency in English; any other European language is a plus.
