Founder's Associate Praktikum | VC-backed startup | First commercial hire

As Founder's Associate, you will work closely with the founding team of AnyTax on the most mission-critical parts of scaling this venture-backed pre-seed startup. Expect an extreme learning curve, high responsibility and ownership on projects across the entire company.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute GTM strategy and execution alongside the founders, scouting the European Fintech ecosystem for new opportunities while crafting narrative and sales collateral.
• Act as the translator between business needs and the technical roadmap, turning partner feedback into actionable briefs for the engineering team.
• Build the internal engine of the company while scaling, streamlining workflows and supporting the founders with mission-critical processes and investor reporting.
• Work as a co-pilot with the founders to architect business cases and strategic briefs that drive conversations with major banks and financial platforms.
• Take total ownership of unowned problems—exploring new AI-driven tools, preparing for board meetings, or representing AnyTax at industry events.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments like consulting, VC or tax technology.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you see a problem, take ownership and solve it yourself without waiting for guidance.
• Ability to think critically, challenge ideas, and bring your own perspective to strategy and execution discussions.
• Native or fluent German, essential for interacting with German financial institutions and understanding local regulatory landscape.
• Tech-native and a power user of AI tools who loves discovering ways to automate workflows and maximize output.
