Procurement Manager

Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide while leading negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of €1M+ procurement spend. Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply in a fast-scaling, AI-first company.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of €1M+ procurement spend.
• Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve operational processes that leverage automation and data.
• Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns.

What you'll need

• Experience in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with ability to clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision.
• Hands-on mentality — take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings.
• Motivated by technology-driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.
• French and/or Italian fluently and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
