Product Lead

You'll own end-to-end outcomes for Freecash, Almedia's engagement engine. Hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, result: you own all of it. Discovery and delivery are the same job.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end outcomes, not tickets. Find the highest-impact bets before anyone asks, and execute.
• Form a sharp point of view on hard, ambiguous problems, validate against the data, and ship with conviction.
• Dig into data yourself in Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to find insights nobody else found.
• Prioritize ruthlessly. Pick the few things that matter right now.
• Execute from ideation to launch to iteration, bringing developers, data, design, and BD with you.

What you'll need

• Think like a founder. Make the call with incomplete information and hold a strong opinion about what will work and why.
• Live in the data. Follow the thread and come back with the insight nobody else found.
• Know consumer products. Built and shipped consumer-facing apps.
• Execute end-to-end without slowing down.

• You've been a founder and know what it means to own an outcome with no one to hand it off to.
• You've scaled through hyper-growth, 50 to 200+ people, building the plane mid-flight.
• Mobile gaming or advertising background.
